During his lifetime, the man Bruno Gröning received controversial coverage in the media. At first positive, the reporting later increasingly turned in the other direction. Many journalists were baffled by the events taking place around Gröning because his activity didn’t fit into any “pigeonhole”. Therefore, there were misinterpretations and even disapproving, false accounts.
Bruno Gröning had begun very early to have success reports prepared on the instances of help and healing that were occurring, in order to build a bridge of understanding with outsiders. After 1988, the number of written success reports were stepped up considerably, systematized, carried out professionally on the example of clinical case histories and - as far as possible - documented as much as possible by physicians of the Medical Scientific Group, founded in 1992, with the aid of medical findings of examinations performed by independent doctors. The very fact that medical doctors concern themselves at all with spiritual healing and conclude that the healing is inexplicable from a medical point of view, is reason enough for many journalists to take up the cause of “Help and healing on the spiritual path through the teaching of Bruno Gröning”.
