Eight doctors from five countries lecture in the USA and Canada

"I would like to speak to you about one of the most important subjects of the 21st century - spiritual healing". In this way, Richard Leo, Country Director for North America, announced two special lectures to be held in Toronto, Canada and San Francisco, California. Conducted by eight doctors from five countries (USA, Canada, Russia, Austria and Germany), the lectures were part of the international lecture series sponsored by the Medical Science Group (MWF) of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends.

The preparations for this large-scale project took six months. A comprehensive public relations program was worked out in Germany under the direction of Heike Beck, and contacts were organized and publications in 11 languages prepared.

Many helpers from both North American countries participated locally. Emails and telephone calls are still being received from people who missed the lectures and still have a strong interest in their subject matter.

On October 18 the first large-scale lecture of the year 2008 on the North American continent was very well received by the audience.

Open-mindedness and harmony

On the medical side, the North American colleagues found the international group of doctors who got together to present the lectures appealing and, just as in previous years, the doctors from the German-speaking countries reported on how pleased they were with the open-mindedness of their North American colleagues.

The lectures "on the other side of the pond" followed a similar, successful series held in the spring of 2008 in Scandinavia and St. Petersburg, Russia. Several members of the MWF team already knew one another from the spring lectures and their work in the Medical Science Group.

They perceive the energy

Heike Beck and the Friends from the German-speaking area travelled to Toronto, where the first lecture was to be held on October 18, 2008 on the grounds of the University of Toronto. There the lecturing doctors from Russia, the USA and Canada came together, and Country Director Richard Leo moderated the lecture, introducing the audience to the basic teachings of Bruno Groening in such a way that many indicated relatively early on that they were able to perceive the Heilstrom*.

Open hearts

The audience was especially impressed by the healing report of the Austrian woman A. M., who was spontaneously healed from decades of drug addiction during a similar lecture, despite the fact that she had attended the lecture in connection with an entirely different ailment (the IZ reported on this in 2006).

The Friends from the German-speaking area were surprised by the open-mindedness of the audiences, since many people in San Francisco and Toronto spontaneously offered their assistance and wanted to join the Circle of Friends.

The response was especially great in Toronto, where many hundreds of people attended the lecture. After the lecture, which lasted around five hours including breaks, the doctors and their helpers were surrounded by many medical colleagues and others. There was considerable interest in further information.

Other public information events were scheduled for late October and early November, including a radio interview at a Spanish-language station in Toronto; follow-up lectures; and showings of the documentary film on Bruno Groening, his teachings and the astonishing healings that continue to occur even today

The large number of inquiries about further lectures from interested people and seekers of healing in the USA and Canada will be taken into consideration in the planning for the coming year. (art).

Interview with Dieter Häusler on his assumption of the directorship of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends in autumn 2007

IZ: Mr. Häusler, A year ago you became your mother's successor as Director of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends. How has this changed your life and that of your family?

Dieter Häusler: In September 2007 my mother passed away to the surprise of everyone. She had asked me beforehand to take over the directorship of the Circle of Friends in such a case.

At first I wondered how I would be able to handle the immense amount of work which my mother had tirelessly coped with, especially since I was already working at full capacity as Leader of the Bavaria Region. Then, when the time actually came to lead the Circle of Friends I had to re-structure many areas of my life. I initially asked my wife whether she wanted to share the new task with me. Her answer was a clear "yes", and our children, too, assured me of their full support in fulfilling the new, worldwide task.

Without the help of my dear wife I wouldn't be able to handle all the work. She helps me with many things, above all with correspondence, the many telephone calls and with the organization of many Circle of Friends' activities.

Since we are - thank God! - an intact family and also have a loving relationship, which today can't be taken for granted, we use our remaining time much more intensively than before . We enjoy every minute together, since on the weekends I am very often travelling abroad. Everything is going well, and I hope I can keep on being a good husband and father.
 

IZ: How do you manage not only to reconcile family with Circle of Friends, but also to continue working full time?

Dieter Häusler: Since I'm self-employed the freedom of scheduling is advantageous because I can react accordingly and compensate for certain peak periods. But without the tremendous help of the Bruno Groening Friends it wouldn't be possible to be able to handle all my work here in the Circle of Friends.

I was deeply moved when, immediately after my mother's death, many Bruno Groening Friends offered me their help. Therefore, I was able to put important tasks in good hands. The Friends of Bruno Groening are still active everywhere, all over the world, so that the teachings of Bruno Groening can be transmitted. It is really impressive to see how everyone who has experienced help and healing is happy to pass this knowledge on.

IZ: How did the Friends react to the change of leadership? Your mother was very highly regarded by the Friends.

Dieter Häusler: My mother was a very special woman who people loved with all their hearts, and therefore she was respected, loved and revered by the Bruno Groening Friends. It was always very important to her to provide other people with the possibility of a way out of difficult life situations, sickness and so forth through the teachings of Bruno Groening. After all, the individual person always has to take the path shown to him on his own. It is not dependent on any person, so that the change wasn't difficult. Our great Friend and helper is Bruno Groening - that hasn't changed. .

By meeting many Friends at numerous conferences and years of collaboration, I am also no "novice", but rather a familiar friend for most Friends. I was pleasantly surprised how well the Friends in other countries, too, accepted the change in leadership.

IZ: Why did you take over the direction of the Circle of Friends? Leading such a large Circle of Friends is a big responsibility. Had you ever worried about that beforehand?

Dieter Häusler: My mother had already inquired a few years ago as to whether I wanted to continue the work of Bruno Groening. Therefore I had a few years' time to think about it and get used to the idea. Now I am happy to take over this task wholeheartedly.

I looked at the takeover of the Circle of Friends like a relay race, during which the wand was passed on without a hitch.

IZ: In general, how did you find the first year?

Dieter Häusler: My first year at this task brought many challenges with it. I met many Bruno Groening Friends on all continents and also learned the details of the various task areas. It is my hope to be able to continue to help others build up trust and faith in God so that, as Bruno Groening said, everyone can obtain help and healing on his own.

IZ: You grew up with the teachings of Bruno Groening. Were you and your siblings different from other children?

Dieter Häusler: We grew up like all other children. Since my mother had been freed from three incurable diseases, it of course meant a lot to her that her children also grow up under the influence of Bruno Groening's ideas. But the teachings of Bruno Groening, which I had absorbed more or less "from the cradle on" was always a welcome plus for me. So it was always something very natural for me to experience spiritual help and healing.

IZ: What caused you to be loyal to the teachings of Bruno Groening and choose them for your path through life?

Dieter Häusler: As a small child I accepted Bruno Groening's ideas so to speak "blindly", but in my youth there were periods when I would critically examine the teachings and always come to the conclusion that I could agree with the contents of the teachings of Bruno Groening. In the end I experienced - and still experience - that I have obtained much good through following the teachings, and I am still enjoying them as an adult. I am now grateful that I can live out these convictions of mine through, for example, doing good.

IZ: In the fifties Bruno Groening was a very famous person, but there were divided opinions about him. What significance does Bruno Groening have for you personally?

Dieter Häusler: Bruno Groening was a phenomenon. He asked questions that still today haven't been answered. For example, "How do healings occur?" The confirmed healings that occurred back then and even today were and are scientifically inexplicable. .

In the course of my life I have become convinced that the teachings of Bruno Groening are something very special. Alone the sentence "There is no such thing as ‘incurable'" has become an experienced truth even today. I am not alone in being convinced of the truth of the statement, "The divine energy helps and heals!"

Even now in my daily life Bruno Groening is a friend who makes it possible for me to cope well with my life through his teachings full of worldly wisdom.

IZ: What is the goal of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends?

Dieter Häusler: Through his faith lectures, Bruno Gröning wanted to bring people back to faith in God. He succeeded in doing that thousands of times. The healing was and is a gift of God

After Bruno Groening's death my mother experienced that the people with whom she spoke about it didn't only get their faith back, but also received healing. They met together regularly to deepen their knowledge of the teachings of Bruno Groening.

That is still important to us Bruno Groening Friends and also that everyone recognize that it is never too late to return to goodness. All people, completely regardless of the mistakes they have already made in their lives are worthy of being able to experience spiritual help and healing. Anyone can do this on his own regardless of religion or nationality. .

And it is also wonderful that no one has to pay money to learn the teachings of Bruno Groening. Everyone helping here does it voluntarily and without pay, simply out of charity or out of gratitude for having received help and healing.

IZ: Do you have personal hopes for the future of the Circle of Friends?

Dieter Häusler:

Yes, of course! It is one of my greatest hopes that the teachings of Bruno Groening reach everyone, that all of my fellow men and women on this earth receive the possibility to personally test their effectiveness and find the way back to God. What I experienced during the past year strengthens my belief in that regard.

Another great goal is that Bruno Groening be rehabilitated and that really everyone has the possibility to receive spiritual help and healing - worldwide.

2009 is a great anniversary year - 60 years of the work of Bruno Groening, 50 years since Bruno Groening's death and 30 years of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends. I am looking to the future full of joy and optimism.

The teachings of Bruno Groening in Kazakhstan

After landing at Kazakhstan's capital of Astana, our journey continues northward to the city of Koktschetaw. The bus makes its way for several hours along the bumpy, quite narrow road that is nevertheless one of the country's main arteries. The trip is more comfortable by train. The gravel road runs through the extensive steppe-like landscape until the first contours of Kokschetaw appear. A closer look at the city presents a cheerlessness hardly imaginable to a West European--dismal grey, and wherever you look run-down industry, run-down blocks of flats and people in indescribable poverty. The attempt by many to deaden the misery through alcohol simply makes their situation worse. There is a lack of heating during the icy winters of the continental climate, and the hot-water pipes between the buildings are porous and the insulation defective. Thus very little, if any, hot water reaches the apartments.

The way is freei

These were the first impressions made by Grete Häusler, then the Director of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends, and Manfred Fortmann during their first journey to Koktschetaw in 2001. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in the early nineties, the People of Kazakhsetan, too, had gained their independence and founded the large Central Asian nation

Thus the way was made free to bring the teachings of Bruno Groening to the people of the region, opening up to them the possibility of spiritual help and healing. It happens again and again that the effect of the Heilstrom* is not restricted to healing of physical or emotional ailments alone, but that the whole person and his social environment, too, experience a reorientation. In this way many have experienced a considerable improvement in their life conditions since belonging to the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends.

The founding of the Communities in Kazakhstan began in the summer of 1997. The Bruno Groening Circle of Friends was invited to the World Congress for Traditional Folk Medicine in Moscow by Professor Yakov G. Galperin, then the Director of the Scientific and Research Center ENIEM in Moscow, who had already recognized some years before the potential of the teachings of Bruno Groening as an important way to health for the people of his country. There was contact at the conference with a woman of German descent from Koktschetaw who was immediately convinced of the usefulness of the teachings of Bruno Groening for her fellow citizens. After returning to Koktschetaw she passed on her newly-acquired knowledge to her relatives and friends. In this way the first Communities arose, and soon there were spiritual healings.

A plea with faith …

The report of Nikolai Gontschar here was particularly striking. After a cerebral stroke in 1987 he had suffered from speech disturbances, headaches, vertigo and leg-cramps. His right arm and right leg were paralysed, and he could hardly walk any more. In addition, unhealed wounds following an operation for lung cancer caused unbearable pain, which even morphine shots couldn't stop. Then there were ulcers of the stomach and duodenum of 23 years' duration that had put him on a strict diet.

In the summer of 1997 he lost weight until he weighed only 48 kg. He stopped eating and only took water. One day his entire body was shaken by cramps. His wife called the emergency doctor, who administered an anaesthetic which failed to help. While his wife was speaking to the doctor in the next room he fell onto the floor and began to beg God for forgiveness and help. His condition became worse, and he kept on begging God for help day and night.

Completely devastated, he finally read in a newspaper of an introductory lecture on the teachings of Bruno Groening in October 1997, which he attended. Already during the lecture he perceived a tingling from his toes to his fingers. In the Community Hours which he from then on regularly attended, he always perceived a strong reaction in his body.

Then after a mere three months the operation wounds had completely healed and all pain had disappeared. After a further three months the paralysis gradually disappeared until Nokolai Gontschar was able to walk again without restriction. All of the speech disturbances and the other consequences of the cerebral stroke also went away. Already after the third Community Hour following his introduction to the teachings of Bruno Groening he was able to eat everything again, soon weighed 86 kg again and was freed from the ulcers

Incomprehensible but true, a higher power of almost indescribable intensity is revealed here. A Hamburg doctor of the Medical Science Group said about his first meeting with the Healed man, "I happily remember how Mr. Gontschar, filled with gratitude and joy, came up to me and offered me bread and salt in accordance with the Russian custom."

The first Physician's Community is founded

This meeting took place in the Kokschetaw municipal hall, where the doctor had been for the first time in 1998 with the Russian doctor Galina Durmanova while on a lecture trip. The hall was placed at their disposal free of charge, since the lecture was felt to be beneficial for the public health. "It was an indescribable feeling when we entered the municipal hall and 1500 people directed their eyes toward us" reported the north-German doctor in retrospect, "The aisles were packed with interested people, and you could sense the misery that had brought the people in such great numbers and how greatly they were yearning for help and healing."

Nikolai Gontschar's doctor, Galina Pavlovna Koltunova, had been so impressed by the healing of her former patient that she got introduced to the teachings of Bruno Groening and immediately offered her services for the expansion of the Communities and especially of the Medical Science Group in Kazakhstan. Thus the first Physician's Community of the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends in Kazakhstan could be founded in Koktschetaw under her leadership.

The ability to believe

Since that time there has been a rapid growth of the Communities, especially in the city of Koktschetaw. The people showed their interest in the teachings of Bruno Groening from the very beginning and experienced many healings and also help in their personal lives.

Bruno Groening himself always emphasized that healing was only the beginning of the path to an ordered and happy life if the person were willing to follow the divine laws again and open himself up to the effect of the Heilstrom*. In this regard the people in Kazakhstan seem to have retained a characteristic that is much less soften seen in the Western countries: the ability to open their hearts to feeling and to believe in divine help. This is above all the explanation for the truly wonderful healings and help that the people there have already experienced.

The teachings are spreading

"Every time I visit there, the people of Kazakhstan express their gratitude for the teachings of Bruno Groening in a very heartfelt way," recalls Regina Nehm in regard to her journeys to Kazakhstan. Together with several helpers she has coordinated since 2004 the entire Koktschetaw Region, which includes, in addition to Kazakhstan, the countries of Kirgizistan and Tadzhikistan

Responsible for the country itself is Country Director Olga Maksimova, who, together with her helpers, is fully engaged - and with success- in the further expansion. At first only in Koktschdtaw, Communities are now found in other parts of the country such as at the capital of Astana, in Temirtau or in Almaty, to the south of the land. The helping Bruno Groening Friends from Germany thus have to coordinate Communities as far as 1000 km apart. In addition, there are also Youth Communities in three cities which enable young people to integrate the teachings of Bruno Groening into their lives at an early stage. In this way they are no doubt spared a lot of trouble.

Regina Nehm was especially impressed by the fact that experience of the truth in the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends builds no walls between people. Muslims, Jews, and Christians all sit together in harmony in the Community Hours with the single goal of absorbing the divine energy and experiencing thereby healing and help.

Success is stimulating

Much good has already come about in Kazakhstan since the first contacts with the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends.

When Manfred Fortmann, who has been involved in the development of the Communities in Kazakhstan from the very beginning, travels to Koktschetaw to participate in the country conferences, he notices that the people there have already experienced a good deal of help, and that this is not restricted to the area of health. The excellent development of the past few years stimulates the Bruno Groening Friends in Kazakhstan - and of course also in Germany - to avoid standing still and go on working. This will assure that the teachings of Bruno Groening will be made available to many more people who - especially here - need help so badly. In October of 2008 a further step in this direction was taken when several successful Information Lectures were held in Astana, Karaganda and Petropawlowsk. (chs)

When First suddenly began to limp with his right hind leg in 2004, we were puzzled. Of course he is already quite an elderly fellow - he was, after all, 14½ years old in typical human terms. It occurred to us that he could have had an age-related attack of rheumatism. But when after two days he went on limping, I took him to the veterinarian just in case.

A risky operation

The veterinarian diagnosed a torn cruciate ligament in his right hind leg. I wasn't pleased with the prospects he had for my dog. In his opinion one could only operate, but at his old-dog age anaesthesia was always risky. The veterinarian made it very clear to me that in any case, immediately after a successful operation his right leg would be immobilized and this might cause an overburdening of his left leg. Thus a tear of the cruciate ligament could also take place there.

I asked for a few days to think it over. The veterinarian gave First another pain-relieving shot and recommended that we take good care of him for a few days.

What would be the best help?

What were we to do? Should we take the risk? Why wouldn't something that helps humans also help my dog? Therefore I tuned in intensively to the Heilstrom* for my dog. I repeated it every evening for three or four days and asked Bruno Groening for help. I asked with the words, "You loved plants and animals so much - help my dog First to be healed, too!

First is a Scottish terrier. This breed of dogs is characterized by a compact body and short legs and has the tendency to be obstinate. Because of their physique, these dogs are especially suitable for hunting foxes and weasels. Thus they have a need to move about and explore which I had to restrain. But as the veterinarian had advised, I let him walk a little, but only to do his "business". After the fourth day First was limping less, and a few days later - by the weekend - he was walking again completely normally, and his nose was damp again. Today he is doing very well and he goes on all our walks just as before.

In the year 1976, at the age of 25, I got severe back pain. The cause was probably the hard physical work on a construction site. At the time I had to carry wet cement mixtures for enclosures for a few days. For me as a woman that was a difficult task..

The pain radiates outward

Then one day I even had to call the emergency doctor. He had me admitted to hospital. The doctors there diagnosed an osteochondrosis of the entire spine. I had severe pain in the cervical-, thoracic- and lumbar spine and in every body part. I was given Diclofenac and various shots, as well as a tranquillizer.

Depending on where the pain was the strongest - in the upper or lower back - I had in addition either headache or I could walk only with difficulty, sometimes not at all.

Moreover, my fingers and shoulders on both sides, as well as my feet and calves felt numb. Then I also had noises in both ears. It was like the roaring of the wind or the sea. These noises were not further treated because they said they were caused by the the spinal problems. I also became increasingly sensitive to draughts.

Sometimes it was unbearable

After a month I was dismissed from the hospital. At home I continued to take strong medication. At first this helped me and at least alleviated the pain. I regularly took three tablets a day for over 22 years until 1998. I was no longer able to handle the house- or garden work by myself, so my mother, my husband and later the children helped me. I spent a lot of time in bed, as the pain was simply too severe.

Around twice a year the pain was so intense that I even had to go to the hospital. I also had to spend several weeks every year on sick leave because I couldn't work.

At the time when I was introduced to the teachings of Bruno Groening I had already stopped going to the doctor any more two or three years before. I was tired of all the treatments, since they were not successful for me. But I went on taking the medication. I had already been my own doctor for a long time and knew what was good for my body or not. I adjusted myself to that. When there were difficulties, I cried a lot, and I suffered a lot from my ailment.

Completely well in two years

I got introduced in July, 1998. I gradually stopped taking the medication, and healing slowly took place. After about two years, in the year 2000, it came to the point where I felt completely well.

One day I thought, "You don't have any back pain any more; you have no ear noises nor any headache any more!" From that day on I started to gradually work more and take over more of the housework. I would keep watching myself. In this way I noticed that I was gradually able to handle my housework more easily again. I gradually came to the conclusion that I didn't need my family's help for these tasks any more. I was also completely free from numbness in my arms and legs.

Therefore since the year 2000 I have been able to work full time again, do my housework independently and even dig up the garden. Since then I have required no more medication, nor any kind of treatments or visits to the doctor. I need no herbal treatments or the like any more. The ear noises are also gone. I am no longer overly sensitive to draughts and find it wonderful when the wind caresses me in this way.
