Healing of gastritis

For many years I suffered from stomach-ache after excitement or heavy, fatty foods. I loved to eat salami, but after only one slice I was in pain. Almost every meal gave me stomach-cramps and the feeling I had was like a stone in my stomach. Immediately after coffee or sweet foods I suffered heartburn. A specialist diagnosed gastritis (inflammation of the mucous membrane that lines the stomach). Over the years I alternated between Gelusil-Lac (alumina and magnesia) and Riopan but when these didn't help I was prescribed Sostril.

Seven months after my introduction to the teachings of Bruno Gröning, in June 1990, I was able to eat cake and drink coffee for the first time without a problem. From then onwards I regularly tried food that I had previously avoided, and now I can eat everything without incurring pain, even salami.
